Great amenities and comfortable stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with several facilities like a hairdryer, iron and minibar. The reception desk personnel is helpful and the breakfast is decent with many options. The hotel is located on a major road that offers easy connectivity to all parts of the city. there is a grocery store and KFC nearby which was very convenient.
The hotel is located a little bit outside of the town, so there's not much in the immediate surroundings besides a few restaurants and a grocery store. our stay was great value for money!

I had a great stay at this hotel - the location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a fantastic bed, hot water, and no issues with Wifi. Additionally, hotel staff were attentive and helpful.

The luxurious amenities provided in this hotel are truly exceptional. From the impeccable service, to the serene Spa & wellness centre, and the crystal-clear outdoor swimming pool, the experience is truly first-class. the live entertainment and karaoke are a fun touch, and the stunning garden area and sun terrace are perfect for relaxation. the food at the restaurant is divine, and the poolside snack bar is perfect for poolside bites.
While it does provide a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, it is a bit far from the city center and other attractions.

The view from the room was amazing, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. the location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. It was convenient to have a pool within the hotel as well.
The wifi didn't work well at all and the front desk staff seemed to have trouble understanding us. the air conditioner also automatically turned off at inconvenient times.

The hotel boasts a spacious reception hall with high ceilings and chandeliers. the rooms are new, spacious, and clean with a speedy wifi. the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has hot water with fine water pressure. the hotel provides an iron, hair dryer, safe, minibar, and efficient check-in and check-out services.
The choice of television programmes could be better.

The location is convenient, next to Big C Thanh Hoa. The room is beautiful and the bed is awesome. The price is cheap for a 4-star hotel. The hotel ensures privacy and has well-appointed rooms. The facilities like the hot water, WiFi, and check-in/check-out process are all great.
There was nothing I didn't like.
